Go Palestine operates without any national or international funding. We rely completely on the fees from our volunteer and internship programs in Palestine. These fees help us support the local community by creating mini-jobs for Arabic teachers, providing income for host families, and offering free courses for Palestinians.

Go Palestine offers diverse volunteer programs focused on teaching conversational English to Palestinians. These programs are open to students of all ages, including children, school and university students, as well as community members and residents of refugee camps in the West Bank. No prior teaching experience is required—our focus is on casual conversations to help improve speaking skills. It’s all about meaningful dialogue, not traditional classroom teaching.
As a volunteer, you’ll also have the chance to learn Arabic and immerse yourself in Palestinian culture. You’ll stay with a host family, providing you with a unique perspective on daily life in Palestine and a deeper understanding of the culture. This experience offers valuable learning opportunities, both for you and the people you’ll interact with.
Go Palestine offers a variety of internship programs focused on key topics such as human rights law, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, media, environmental issues, healthcare, refugees, and trade and economy. These programs allow participants to connect with activists, visit organizations working on these issues, and engage with experts in the field. Field visits to relevant sites integral to each program’s focus are also included.
During your stay in Palestine, you’ll have the chance to learn Arabic and teach conversational English to Palestinians, fostering meaningful cultural exchange. Accommodations with a host family provide deeper insights into Palestinian culture and daily life.
Go Palestine’s internships offer a comprehensive experience, combining education, cultural immersion, and hands-on engagement. Participants will also visit refugee camps to gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by Palestinians living there.
Go Palestine offers intensive and super-intensive Arabic courses in both the Palestinian dialect and Modern Standard Arabic, suitable for all levels. Flexible scheduling lets you learn at your own pace, and staying with a host family creates the perfect environment for practicing and improving your language skills quickly.
For those unable to travel to Palestine, we also provide online Arabic classes taught by the same experienced teachers. These remote sessions include a free first class, making it easy for anyone to start learning Arabic from anywhere. Whether you choose to study in Palestine or online, our programs ensure an effective and immersive learning experience.
Connecting with Palestinian refugees offers a deep understanding of their struggles and a chance to support their efforts for a better future. The volunteer activities focus on children, youth, and women living in refugee camps. Despite the tough conditions, this program highlights how education empowers these communities to stand up for their rights.
You can volunteer for anywhere from one week to three months, depending on your availability. During your stay, you’ll learn Arabic, interact with local Palestinians, and immerse yourself in their culture and traditions.
